How long does it take to build a custom table?
Depending upon the complexity of the design, and modifications, it typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete a table.
Do you have samples of material and color options available?
In most instances, we have product selection samples available. We are happy to send you a sample kit. We will ship you a kit, including your choice in colors of, 3 stained oak blocks of wood, 3 speed cloth swatches, 3 vinyl swatches, a sample of our standard edge trimming nails and the padding used to design your table.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We charge $175.00 for Local Delivery, within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. We will deliver the table to your location. You will be responsible setup.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge $175.00 for Local Delivery within the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.
Otherwise we offer flat rate shipping at $389.00 for the rest of the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For multiple table orders, please contact us for customized freight options. We will provide you freight quotes from our national shippers or, we are happy to work with your selected freight carrier of preference. And as always, Local Pickup is no charge (FREE).
How much do your tables weigh?
With a dining surface and custom oak pedestal legs, on an 8ft. table, our tables average 175lbs. Once crated, for shipping purposes, estimate approx. 300lbs. These tables are solid built pieces of furniture.
Can I visit you to see a custom table and product selections?
By all means. We love getting an opportunity to meet new customers. If you are fortunate enough to be near the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, please contact us to set up a time to come visit. There is no better way to see the true beauty and quality of a truly custom built, quality table.
Do I have to pay all cost upfront?
No. We ask for 25% down, once you decide to proceed with your build. During the build process, we will forward you photos of your table. Once the table is complete and ready for delivery/shipping, we will forward final photos of the completed table. At that time, we will invoice you for the remaining balance, and upon receipt, we will ship/deliver the table.
Do you offer custom chairs?
Not at this time. When looking for chairs, we have found office supply stores to be a really good resource, with reasonable prices.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing via Synchrony Bank and/or Paypal. Paypal offers 6 months, no interest, no payments. If you are looking for more conventional financing, we partner with Synchrony Bank. Please feel free to contact us for detailed options and, or credit promotions.
Are you accredited with the Better Business Bureau?

Many times our customers have additional features such as card shufflers, lockboxes, chip trays, lights, power chargers, or drawers in mind.
