Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refunds can be issued only if the order is canceled before the table has been shipped.
- Any specific customer-related customizations, or products, such as custom-designed cloths, or chips that are designed specifically for the customer are nonrefundable.
- To request a cancellation and refund, customers must contact Jimmy Welch at (972) 877-4704 or email jimmy@dallascustompokertables.com prior to shipping.
Refunds are not available once the order has shipped, except for items that are damaged during or prior to shipping (see below).
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- All poker tables are handmade and may take up to six weeks to complete and ship.
- Tables are usually shipped disassembled. It is the customer’s responsibility to assemble the table upon receipt.
- To confirm the status or tracking of shipped items, contact Jimmy Welch at (972) 877-4704 or email jimmy@dallascustompokertables.com.
- Local customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area can request local delivery by contacting Jimmy Welch.
- Customers may also choose to pick up their tables at our shop located at 5245 Bennett Lawson Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.

Return Policy and Process
If an item is damaged during or prior to shipping:
- Damaged items will be either replaced or repaired.
- Customers must return the damaged items to our shop at 5245 Bennett Lawson Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.
- To begin the return process, contact Jimmy Welch at (972) 877-4704 or email jimmy@dallascustompokertables.com.
Returns are not accepted for any other circumstances beyond damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order only before the order has been shipped.
